STC 50 is a selection of awards granted to stories and characters that have featured in the first 50 issues of Sonic the Comic Online. The feature, appearing in Issue 273, awarded six awards - Best Laugh, Best Shock, Best SEGA Superstar, Best Ongoing Story, Best Character and Best Story - as well as listing a number of the Humes' favourite stories.

Boomers were given the chance to vote for their winners shortly before the release of the issue, and the poll is still available at http://stconline.co.uk/bestofstc.html.

For each category, the winner is listed in bold. For "Best Story", the choice was free-format, allowing readers to choose any story. As a consequence, there are no nominations and only a winner listed.
