Dylan is a friend of Casey in the first Kid Chameleon story. At the arcade during the opening of Wildside, Dylan witnessed Casey fall off his skateboard in front of new girl Suzi and asked if he fancied her. Dylan would then stay at the arcade with Suzi for another three hours, eventually going home since Brad and Suzi must have "hit a hi-score", if you now what he means.
