Cyclone is an alter-ego of Casey from the Kid Chameleon series. In this form, he is able to fly and control the weather.
History
After Maniaxe found himself in mid-air following his chase with Brad, he was forced to change into Cyclone, a transformation that felt like "a gust of wind blowing Maniaxe's darkness away". With his new powers, Cyclone flew to Islecatraz and began destroying the robot guards by firing energy blasts from his hands. With a little help from a fallen guard, Cyclone tracked down Brad to his quarters where he discovered that The Voice was helping him too. Cyclone destroyed the interactive computer and whipped up a storm. He then continued to free the children trapped in Wildside. After that, he chased down Brad who was fleeing in a rowing boat. Informed by the bully that he had no choice, Cyclone argued on the contrary and revealed himself to be an ordinary schoolkid. Unfortunately, his conjured storm had forced the waters around the boat to be choppy and even summoned a shark.
